The website www.royaldesertchampions.com ("Website") is owned and operated by Royal Champions DXB LLC ("RDC"), the owner of the Royal Desert Champions professional cricket team ("Team"). By accessing, browsing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms of use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.

The terms "us", "we" or "our" refer to RDC. The terms "User", "you" or "your" refer to any user or viewer of the Website.

RDC may change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the revised Terms. Please review these Terms regularly.

1. Website access and availability

The Website is free to use. RDC may change, suspend or withdraw the Website, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available or accessible from every location.

2. Content and intellectual property

All material on the Website, including the Team name, logo, crest, kit designs, photographs, videos, graphics, text, articles, statistics, design and layout ("Content"), belongs to RDC or is used under licence, and is protected by intellectual property laws in the UAE and worldwide.

The Website and its Content are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may share links to Website pages and share our official social media posts using the platforms' own sharing tools. Otherwise, you may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, sell, frame, mirror or commercially use any Content, or remove any copyright or proprietary notice, without RDC's prior written permission.

Using the Website does not give you any right, title or interest in its Content.

3. Acceptable use

You must use the Website lawfully, including in compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrimes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected system

• Introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code

• Scrape, crawl or harvest data from the Website using automated tools without our permission

• Interfere with or disrupt the Website or other Users' use of it

• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your connection with RDC or the Team

• Use the Website to send spam or unsolicited advertising

4. Messages you send us

If you contact us through the Website, you are responsible for the content of your message. It must not be unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, hateful, offensive to any religion, or contrary to public morals or the values of the UAE. Information you send us is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep squads, fixtures, statistics and news accurate and up to date, but details can change and the Website may contain errors or out of date information. We make no guarantee that information on the Website is complete or accurate, and you rely on it at your own risk. We may update or correct Content at any time without notice.

The Website includes links to, and content from, third party websites and social media platforms. RDC does not own or control them and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

The Website and its Content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In particular, we do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure or free from errors, viruses or other harmful code.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RDC, the Team, and their affiliates, partners, sponsors, employees, officers, directors and representatives ("RDC Parties") will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website, or any reliance on its Content.

The Website is controlled and operated from the United Arab Emirates. If you access it from outside the UAE, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with your local laws.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the RDC Parties against any claims, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

9. Reporting unlawful or infringing content

If you believe any Content on the Website infringes your rights or is unlawful, please email royaldesertchampionsofficial@gmail.com with:

• The specific page URL and a description of the material

• Your name and contact details

• Why you believe it is infringing or unlawful

• A statement that the information in your notice is true and accurate

We will review your report and take any action we consider appropriate.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute relating to the Website, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
